Oy.

So I finally finished the last half of Under the Dome. It only took having my wife break her leg in three places in a snowboarding accident. If hospital time is good for anything, it's clearing out the old reading list.

That, and eating pie. Gotta love hospital pie.

All in all, it was a good book. A bit schmaltzy near the end, but hey, it works. And Uncle Stevie is almost always a little schmaltzy with his endings. It's endearing. Or something. You try finding a better word while running on 45 minutes of sleep in the last two days.
